David has more than 20 years HR experience in Talent Management, Succession Planning, Training, Performance Management, Leadership development, Change Management and Project Management. He is conversant in Assessment Centre assessment tools, Competency-based Interview techniques and Job Competency Profiling.
David has been working with MNC for past 35 years in Engineering, IT/Finance and HR areas. He is passionate about developing people skills and competences. He had been the Training Manager and SAP Change Manager in China for 4 years. His last 7.5 years was in Nigeria as Head of Learning. David is currently an Adjunct Associate Professor with NUS teaching Engineering Leadership program. He is also engaged by consulting firms on projects in HR/OD areas.
David believes in lifelong learning. He has a Master in Science and Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Electrical & Electronics from National University of Singapore. He is also certified in Business Planning Process, Asia Pacific Marketeer by Marketing Institute of Singapore. He has a Graduate Certificate in Management Consultant by Institute of Management Consultants. He has a Diploma in Business Administration by Singapore Institute of Management. He has also completed the Certificate in HR Practice by Chartered Institute of Personnel Development in United Kingdom. He has recently been awarded the ACTA (Advance Certificate in Training and Assessment) by WDA.
